Responsibilities
Sales Support Executive / Up to $2,800 @Joo Koon
Administrative support including handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers.
Handling sales orders by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory.
Attend to walk in customer, and update on sales revenue.
Follow up with customer on after-sales matter i.e dispute on service quote & loan unit with sales head.
Prepare quotations and other administrative duties assigned.
At least 2 years experience as a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service.
Proficient in MS Office. Experience in utilizing AI tools/Microsoft BC 365 are advantageous.
