Job Roles & Responsibilites

• Daily Operations & Workflow: Assign and schedule daily tasks, shifts, and workloads. Monitor active production, service quality, and output metrics. Troubleshoot immediate operational or technical problems on the floor.

  Team Guidance & Training: Onboard, coach, and train new hires on job expectations and standard operating procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback. Mediate and resolve conflicts among team members.

  Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and company policies. Track attendance, maintain workplace order, and report metrics to management.
