Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads & enquiries.
• Convert leads into sales.
• Follow-up customers consistently.
• Manage sales pipeline & CRM
• Understand products & close deals confidently.
• Work closely with marketing team

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (Degree is an advantage).
• Experience in sales, customer service or WhatsApp selling is preferred.
• Experience in printing industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Fast response, disciplined and consistent in follow-up.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic digital tools.
• Target-driven and motivated to earn through commissions.
• Positive attitude, coachable and willing to improve.
