Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues, including screen, battery, charging port, motherboard, and other component-related faults.
  • Oversee repair procedures, inspect completed repairs, and ensure service quality and reliability.
  • Allocate repair tasks, monitor technicians’ productivity, and provide technical guidance when necessary.
  • Handle complex repair cases, technical issues, and escalated customer complaints.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of essential components for repair work.
  • Maintain accurate repair records, track job progress, and coordinate customer collection and after-sales services.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer devices, tools, and equipment, while maintaining an organised repair workspace.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware, software, and component replacement.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a repair team is preferred.
  • Able to diagnose repair issues independently and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high repair standards.
