Responsibilities
Provide safe, personalised nursing care to patients in their homes.
Assess patients’ needs, monitor their condition and report changes promptly.
Perform nursing procedures and administer prescribed medications within your scope of practice.
Guide patients and caregivers on daily care, medication use and recovery.
Work with the healthcare team and maintain accurate patient records.
Hold Singapore Nursing Board registration and a valid Practising Certificate, with good communication skills and the ability to travel for home visits.
