Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Development, R&D, Process Engineering, Project Engineering, or a related technical role.
• Experience in PCB, IC Substrate, Semiconductor, Advanced Packaging, or Electronics Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies and process development.
• Knowledge of technology development, process development, and product qualification methodologies.
• Familiarity with DOE, QbD, QRM, and Commonality Analysis.
• Strong project management, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing customer-facing technology projects and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
• Ability to lead and influence technical teams, manage multiple projects, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for customers, leading meetings and providing technical and project updates.
• Understand customer requirements and technology roadmaps, identify technology gaps, and develop solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Support the development, evaluation, and implementation of next-generation technologies for advanced substrates, packaging, and manufacturing.
• Manage multiple technology development projects, including project planning, timelines, resources, deliverables, risk mitigation, and project reviews.
• Lead feasibility studies to evaluate the technical, operational, and commercial feasibility of new technologies and customer projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, suppliers, and external partners.
• Identify technology funding opportunities, support grant applications, and contribute to technology roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful technology development and transfer into manufacturing.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
