Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Prepare and issue tenant invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Accounts Payable: Record vendor invoices and process payments accurately and promptly.
• General Ledger: Prepare journal entries and assist with financial and management reporting.
• Tax & Budget Support: Assist with GST matters, income tax requirements, and budget preparation.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting procedures, and financial controls.
• Provide support for other finance-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general ledger functions would be advantageous.
• Meticulous, organised, and comfortable handling financial records and documentation.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
