Job Summary

The Senior Brand & Sales Executive leads the management and operation of Anytime Fitness gyms, ensuring excellent member experiences, staff development, sales growth, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, adjust, and enforce gym policies and procedures aligned with Anytime Fitness Asia standards
• Oversee business administration practices and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries and feedback to enhance satisfaction
• Design and implement community outreach initiatives to strengthen local engagement
• Manage daily opening and closing procedures, including safety checks, sales tallying, and administrative completion
• Ensure consistent staff performance in membership sign-ups and service delivery
• Promote and sell fitness memberships and cross-promotions across all platforms to meet sales targets
• Ensure all gym administrative requirements are met and monthly performance aligns with business plans
• Attend club and manager meetings and complete all assigned Anytime Fitness Academy courses
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation in all customer interactions
• Comply with all safety rules, use required safety equipment, report incidents promptly, and participate in safety training

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma certification or professional courses in business, sports/exercise science, or related fields preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the fitness industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Anytime Fitness software such as Club Hub preferred
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, time management, and organizational abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with members and staff
