Job Summary
Perform daily renovation tasks at various job sites, including demolition, dismantling, shifting, painting, basic wiring and plumbing, cleaning, and housekeeping.
Responsibilities
Execute demolition and dismantling tasks safely and efficiently to prepare renovation sites for subsequent work
Shift and move materials and equipment to support ongoing renovation activities
Apply painting skills to surfaces as required to meet project specifications
Perform basic wiring and plumbing tasks to assist with installation and maintenance during renovations
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas through regular cleaning and housekeeping activities
