Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth business operations
- 负责门市日常运作，确保店铺顺畅营业
- Greet customers proactively, introduce products, and provide professional recommendations
- 主动接待顾客，介绍产品并提供专业推荐
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
- 提供优质顾客服务，提升顾客满意度与回购率
- Assist in product display and replenishment to maintain a neat and attractive store appearance
- 协助商品陈列与补货，保持门市整齐与吸引力
- Assist in inventory management and basic stocktaking
- 协助库存管理与基本盘点工作
- Handle cashier duties and maintain simple sales records
- 处理日常收银与简单销售记录
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and execute promotional activities
- 配合团队完成销售目标与促销活动执行
- Participate in company training and provide support during festive booths/events
- 参与公司培训及节庆档口 / 活动支援
- Create daily short videos/content to promote products on social media platforms
