Job Overview

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our campus café team. You will manage daily coffee operations, ensure top-tier beverage quality, and supervise junior staff in a fast-paced university environment.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor junior baristas and café servers.
• Quality Control: Oversee espresso calibration, milk texturing consistency, and overall drink presentation.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation, and place orders to minimize waste.
• Maintenance: Ensure deep cleaning and daily calibration of espresso machines and grinders.
• Customer Service: Manage peak student rush hours smoothly and handle customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of barista experience, with at least 1 year leading a team.
• Qualifications: Valid Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination (Selangor compliant).
• Skills: Expert knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder troubleshooting, and latte art.
• Traits: Strong leadership, highly organized, and reliable under pressure.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
