Coordinate contractors for repair and maintenance works.

Ensure safety requirements and Permit-to-Work procedures are followed.

Follow up on plant facility and safety issues.

Support Engineers with equipment records and data entry.

Maintain Engineering and maintenance documents.

Assist with contractor/vendor certification and site access.

Handle purchasing and general administrative duties.

Update purchase and inventory records in SAP.

Monitor office and pantry expenses.

Assist with safety programmes, inspections and audits.
