• Minimum a diploma or degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Mass Communication, or equivalent.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in advertising, marketing or related fields.

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively plan and execute advertising campaigns targeting Malaysia’s diverse audience segments.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in media buying and SEO/SEM.

• Proficient in using advertising tools, CRM systems and campaign management platforms.

• Basic skills in design or video editing.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

1.Loyalty Program & CRM SOP Support

• Assist in executing loyalty campaigns and updating program benefits based on customer trends.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure proper delivery of membership features.

• Support drafting of internal CRM SOPs including promo placement rules, compensation, and process documentation.

• Assist in handling Corporate JKK Memberships including tracking and communications.

2.Campaign Execution & Content Coordination

• Help launch CRM campaigns across channels (WhatsApp, push, in-app, SMS, email).

• Upload and maintain reward content on the CRM Super App, including visuals and copy requests.

• Ensure all campaign materials are delivered on time and aligned across platforms.

• Draft and prepare marketing communication memos for campaign launches and internal execution.

• Song request tracking from customers where integrated into CRM flows.

3.Outlet Support & Feedback Collection

• Distribute and collect monthly feedback forms; track outlet participation.

• Monitor and report Google Review performance (target: 10–14 reviews per outlet monthly).

• Provide basic support for WhatsApp booking rollout and customer-facing CRM features.

• Help outlets manage and fulfill voucher redemptions, including checks on voucher types, terms, and expiry.

4.Cross-Team & Vendor Collaboration

• Join planning and alignment meetings across departments and with external CRM vendors.

• Coordinate campaign schedules and assist with cross-functional execution efforts.

• Liaise with outlets and relevant departments for event coordination (e.g. booth support, gamification, CRM-linked activations).

5. Data Monitoring & Customer Handling

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, redemptions, and reviews.

• Compile and submit monthly CRM activity reports, including campaign outcomes, membership growth, and outlet feedback summaries.

• Respond to CRM-related customer inquiries and help manage issue resolution processes.

• Use data insights and feedback to recommend improvements to future campaigns.

• Update and maintain website details related to campaigns, CRM benefits, and FAQs.

• Assist in handling giveaway campaigns, from backend setup to winner tracking and communication.
