Responsibilities
Job scope:
- Packing of medication for patients
- Maintain clinical records, ensure documentation are done correctly
- Initial Assessment of clients
- Assist with providing Medical knowledge to care executives
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Working hours: 2 to 3 weekday per week.
