Customer Service & Sales

• Provide a premium and personalized shopping experience by understanding customers' preferences and recommending products that best suit their needs.
• Develop lasting customer relationships through excellent service, effective follow-ups, and a commitment to delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Drive individual and boutique sales performance by achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business objectives.
• Stay informed on the latest product collections, features, materials, and brand knowledge to confidently assist customers.

Boutique Operations

• Uphold Braun Büffel's brand image by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing in accordance with the company's visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive, and high-performing work environment.
• Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally while maintaining excellent service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock replenishment, inventory control, cashiering, and visual merchandising as required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, leather goods, lifestyle, or luxury brands, is an added advantage.
• Passionate about retail, customer service, and achieving sales targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and committed to delivering an outstanding brand experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
