Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including aging analysis, collections, and the assessment of the allowance for doubtful accounts.
• Handle inventory accounting, including reconciling physical inventory counts, assessing net realizable value (NRV), and recording inventory write-downs.
• Manage accounts payable and payment processing, and perform bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Must be a Singapore citizen or hold valid authorization to work in Singapore.
• Experience working for an overseas entity within a multinational group, including consolidation reporting and intercompany transactions, is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.
• Experience in the trading or distribution industry, particularly in an inventory-intensive business, is preferred.
• Korean language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
