Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documentations (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits, letter of credit).
Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment.
Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve process.
Ensuring all LC / shipping document submission to bank or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days.
Job requirement
Import & export documentation experience
Letter of Credit experience
