As part of our continued business expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced QC Executive to join our Quality Control team and support our commitment to delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate incoming, in-process and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and inspection criteria to verify product conformity.
• Monitor product quality across manufacturing processes, including precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, cable harnessing and mechanical/electrical assemblies.
• Identify, investigate and report product defects, non-conformities and quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective action documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist in customer quality complaints, internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements and company quality management procedures.
• Monitor inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, precision engineering, sheet metal fabrication or semiconductor-related manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and dimensional tolerances.
• Familiar with quality inspection methods, measuring instruments and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, NCR, CAPA and root cause analysis techniques.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
