Shareholder Roles and Responsibilities

• Capital Investment: Providing financial resources to the company.
• Appointing Directors: Electing the board members responsible for governance.
• Voting on Major Decisions: Approving significant changes like amending the constitution, mergers, or amalgamations.
• Receiving Dividends: Entitled to share in the profits of the company.
• Monitoring Performance: Reviewing financial statements and ensuring directors act in the company's best interest. 

• Daily Management: Overseeing daily work activities of operations teams to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met.
• Strategic Implementation: Developing and implementing operational systems and processes to achieve company goals.
• Financial Control: Preparing and managing operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Supply Chain & Quality: Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring high-quality production or service delivery.
• Reporting: Updating the board of directors and other senior management on operational performance.
