EG Tech System - Formwork Hiring! Full Time Production - Warehouse Lead (Formwork Industry) in Selangor - Ricebowl

1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to manage production, refurbishment, warehouse and dispatch operations at our aluminium formwork factory.

2. Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily factory, warehouse and yard operations to ensure production efficiency product quality and timely project deliveries.
• Plan and coordinate production shcedules, manpower, machinery and material according to project requirements.
• Oversee aluminium formwork fabrication, welding, assembly, quality inspection and trial fitting.
• Manage returned panels, including inspection, sorting, cleaning, repair, refurbishment, modification and preparation for reuse.
• Ensure proper identification, tracking and inventory control of formwork panels, accessories, raw materials and project-allocated stock.
• Oversee material receiving, storage, stocktaking, picking, packing, loading and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with design and project teams on drawings, panel schedules, material shortages and delivery priorities.
• Calculate raw material requirements based on drawing, Bills of Materials (BOM) and project requirements.
• Monitor and improve productivity, material utilisation, stock accuracy and operational efficiency while minimizing rework, material waste and production downtime.
• Lead and supervise production and warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, operations standards and good housekeeping practices.

3. Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of direct experience in the formwork industry.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience covering both production and warehouse operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of formwork fabrication, refurbishment, conversion and inventory control.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, panel schedules and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Experience in raw material calculation, production planning, inventory control and project dispatch coordination.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve operational issues and meet project delivery deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to understand company software/system reading.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred. Candidates with substantial relevant industry experience will also be considered.
