About the Role

Orient Biotech Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in expanding our fresh fruit juice vending machine business.

Our business focuses on providing convenient, healthy and freshly prepared fruit juice solutions, including freshly squeezed orange juice, through innovative vending machine concepts.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing strategic locations for vending machine placement, developing business partnerships and expanding our market presence across Malaysia.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong sales and networking skills who is passionate about business growth and promoting healthier beverage choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure strategic locations for fresh fruit juice vending machine placement, including shopping malls, office buildings, universities, hospitals, commercial centres and other high-traffic areas.
• Develop new business opportunities and establish partnerships with property owners, building management, retailers and potential business partners.
• Actively prospect potential clients and negotiate vending machine placement agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable locations, consumer preferences, market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the vending machine business nationwide.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial agreements for potential partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, business partners and key accounts.
• Monitor vending machine business performance, sales revenue and location profitability.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate machine installation, operational requirements and customer service.
• Attend business networking events, exhibitions and industry activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, business development updates and market expansion plans.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing or account management.
• Experience in the vending machine, FMCG, food and beverage (F&B), retail or consumer goods industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong networking, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify potential business locations and secure commercial partnerships.
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for business development activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing new business opportunities.
