Job Description

• Position Title: Project Coordinator / Engineer (Renovation & M&E)
• Working Location: Office based in Ubi; site location depends on project assignment.
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (M-F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; S, 9:00 AM -1:00 PM (flexible))
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project schedules from project award through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, material deliveries and site access to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct quality inspections for all projects using company checklists and ensure defects are rectified before handover.
• Identify, document and prepare costings for variation orders, and obtain client approval before proceeding with additional works.
• Assist in preparing quotations and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for commercial projects, including subcontractor and supplier cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate project records, including site photographs, progress reports, variation orders and handover documents.
• Provide regular project progress updates to clients and management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the renovation, M&E or construction industry.
• Experienced in preparing quotations, coordinating subcontractors and interpreting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and flooring works.
• Familiar with electrical, plumbing and renovation workmanship standards.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Strong coordination skills and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with email and WhatsApp communication.
