• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, wall patching, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, and upkeep of electrical switches, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of facilities such as alarm systems, access card systems, CCTV, fire protection systems, and office equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams to fulfill guest requirements.
• Address all guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the Management.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
