Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or basic English.

  • Physically fit & capable to work in an environment with a temperature of -5° Celsius.

  • Enjoys working with children and feels comfortable interacting with them.

  • Possesses good customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for children and families.

  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting guests.

  • Monitor children's safety and ensure compliance with Snow World rules and regulations.

  • Supervise play activities and ensure the safe operation of play areas.

  • Assist with events, birthday parties, and group bookings.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of play areas, including sanitisation of equipment.

  • Assist with counter and ticketing operations (when required), including ticket sales, payment processing, and providing information to guests.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
