• Process daily orders across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada Seller Centres
• Print airway bills (AWB) and packing lists, and make sure orders are ready to ship (RTS) on time
• Respond to customer chats and enquiries promptly and professionally
• Handle after-sales matters, including returns, refunds, exchanges and customer complaints
• Handle COD (Cash on Delivery) self-pickup orders: liaise with customers directly, record their order details, prepare the items, and arrange a pickup time at our warehouse once stock is ready
• Prepare inbound stock sheets and keep inventory records up to date for smooth stock take
• Perform other ad hoc admin tasks as assigned

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
