Responsibilities
Join J.A.P. Dining Concepts and be part of our growing F&B team! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our kitchen operations across our Japanese restaurants and fusion pizza concepts.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards
Support the kitchen team in delivering quality food consistently
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
Assist with stock handling and inventory management when required
Follow instructions and work closely with the team
Requirements
No prior experience required — training can be provided
Passion for food and willingness to learn
Basic English communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good teamwork, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or culinary skills is an advantage
Work Eligibility: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. No work pass sponsorship is available for this role.
