Key Responsibilities:
Salon Management and Operations
Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate staff schedules, manage appointments, and handle supply inventory.
Ensure the salon adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Consulting and Client Services
Provide consultations to clients, assisting them in choosing appropriate services and products.
Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive client experience.
Keep up-to-date with beauty trends to advise clients on current treatments and services.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, train, and mentor the salon team to ensure high-quality service and client care.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and address any areas for improvement.
Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment for the staff.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Drive sales of services and products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
Marketing and Customer Engagement
Collaborate on marketing campaigns to promote salon services and special offers.
Manage social media presence and maintain client engagement on digital platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Strategic Planning and Development
Identify industry trends and recommend new services, treatments, or product lines.
Assist in creating business plans and strategies to improve service quality and customer experience.
Track and report on performance metrics to drive improvements and achieve business goals.
