• Operate production processes in accordance with established SOPs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion at every stage.
• Manage the handling and disposal of the three types of industrial waste (waste gas, wastewater, and solid waste) in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Identify and recommend improvement measures to minimise waste and reduce environmental emissions.
• Accurately complete daily production records, operational reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor production activities, promptly report any abnormalities, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and daily maintenance, and report any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns promptly.

2. Equipment and Workplace Housekeeping

• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and proper condition of production equipment and the surrounding work areas.
• Ensure the working environment complies with housekeeping and safety standards.
• Continuously improve workplace cleanliness and personal work practices to maintain an organised and efficient working environment.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Ensure proper communication and handover of work-related information during shift changes.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

• Shift Rotation: 4-day rotating shift pattern (2 days on day shift followed by 2 days on night shift).
• Rest Days: 1 day off followed by 1 rest day.
• Overtime: Each shift includes 2 hours of overtime.

Allowances & Benefits

• Day Shift Allowance: RM3 per day.
• Night Shift Allowance: RM12 per day.

• Day Shift: Packed meal provided.
• Night Shift: RM15 meal allowance per day.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 3 years of relevant working experience; OR
• Certificate qualification or above

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
