• Process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle Goods Receiving (GRN) and coordinate with Operations/Warehouse for physical receipt confirmation.
• Manage supplier payment issues and follow up with relevant parties.
• Ensure supplier-side SST and exemption are properly managed and documented.
• Maintain Fixed Assets (FA) listing and related records.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve outstanding items.
• Support cost control and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
