What You Will Do

Member operations

• Guide new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding
• Interview and screen members on job duties, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and overall fit
• Maintain accurate member records and follow up to keep them active and engaged

Job matching and deployment

• Match members to suitable openings using our automated matching system
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations and replacements to make sure shifts and placements are fully covered
• Monitor attendance and resolve issues quickly on the ground

Client operations

• Understand clients’ manpower needs, work schedules and requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling requests, feedback and issues
• Visit client sites and offices to keep service standards high

Supply and demand support

• Post job openings on social media and other platforms to keep the member pool healthy
• Source members and clients through calls, referrals, networking and job fairs
• Work towards individual and team operational targets such as fill rate, response time and member and client satisfaction

• Comfort visiting clients’ offices
• Flexibility to be reachable by phone after hours when required, and to work weekends when rostered (you will still get two rest days every week, scheduled around operational needs)
