Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on an alternate or rotational basis.

What you will doBuild relationships with new and existing international customers through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and pro forma invoices.
Manage the customer order process by working with the Planning, Molding, Packing, and Administration teams—from samples and production updates to packing and delivery.
Keep customers updated on their orders, new die samples, and any issues that may affect delivery dates.
Review documentary collection packs, check export documents, and maintain accurate records of drawings, sample approvals, signed contracts, quotations, and other documents.
Work with different teams and support customer-service, operational, and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Have a Diploma, TVET, or SKM qualification.
Are confident speaking and writing in English.
Can communicate confidently with customers in the UK, Canada, Shanghai, and other international markets.
Have basic Microsoft Excel skills for data entry, order tracking, checking figures, and keeping records.
Are a fresh graduate or an experienced candidate looking for a wider export-sales role.
Have export-documentation experience and want to develop your sales skills. You are strongly encouraged to apply.
