Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience.

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Mandarin candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication, including answering phone calls, sorting emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, memos, letters, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, perform data entry, and prepare reports.

  • Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, monitoring office inventory, and coordinating with vendors.

  • Assist with logistics and transportation arrangements when required.

  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth daily administrative operations.
