Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within a similar industry or company size.
Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
Proficiency in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in talent management and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Experience working in a multicultural environment and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are essential for effective communication and employee support.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the 300-employee organization.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Lead the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and background checks, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to foster employee development and productivity.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary payments and statutory contributions.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to conflicts and grievances.
Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.
