Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent

At least 1 year experience as Crew Leader / Box Office & Floor Hall role

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality industry

Preferably with experience of cash handling procedures

Preferably experience in concession or food service industry

Ability to work independently

Ability to learn a variety of job scope

Experienced in a supervisory or managerial role

Possess high standards of integrity / credibility and reliability

Willing to work on shift including weekends and holidays

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended period and move quickly

Good customer service skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills within a team

Computer literacy (MS Office suite – Word / Excel / Power Point and others)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
