Job Title: Data Analyst (3-Month Contract)

Salary: RM2,500 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst on a 3-month contract to support our team with data preparation, reporting, and dashboard work. You will work with data from multiple platforms to track performance across sales, content, and creators, and help turn that data into clear insights for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organise data from different platforms and spreadsheets.
• Clean and prepare data using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI, including blending data from multiple sources.
• Validate dashboard figures against the original data sources.
• Identify and resolve missing data, duplicate records, incorrect formats, and data discrepancies.
• Update weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse performance metrics such as sales, GMV, views, engagement, conversion, and creator performance.
• Support A/B testing by preparing data, comparing results, and identifying the better-performing version.
• Help improve and automate existing reporting processes.
• Prepare clear data insights and summaries for the team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, FILTER, QUERY, and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio and/or Power BI.
• Understanding of basic performance metrics (sales, GMV, engagement, conversion).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
• Able to explain findings clearly in simple terms.
• Available to start on 1 November 2026 and commit for the full 3-month period.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce, social media, or creator/influencer data.
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing.
• Experience automating reports (e.g., Apps Script, Power Query).
