• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification (Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an advantage).

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality. Fresh supervisors are encouraged to apply.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and POS systems) are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Supervise and lead Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members.

• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours.

• Coach, motivate, and develop employees to achieve high performance.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training.

• Manage attendance, punctuality, discipline, and daily staffing challenges.

Restaurant Operations

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations during every shift.

• Open and close the restaurant according to company SOPs.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.

• Receive and inspect deliveries.

• Manage stock rotation and minimize wastage.

• Order restaurant supplies and equipment when required.

• Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant equipment.

Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent guest service and create memorable dining experiences.

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained.

• Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.

Business Performance

• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

• Monitor daily sales performance and labour productivity.

• Assist with menu implementation, promotions, and operational improvements.

• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve restaurant performance.
