Responsibilities
Position : Construction Supervisor
Liaise with drafter / project manager / maincon to ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings .
Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
Analyzing drawing to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and installation specifications.
To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
Carry out toolbox meeting and workplace safety health in accordance with standard
Control material usage
Guideand training new or refreshment workers
Job Requirements
Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
BCA Core Trade Supervisor Cert (Structural Steel Trade) (If any)
Lifting Supervisor , Safety Coordinator or Class 3 Driving Licences (If any)
Team Player
Able to work fast track / Independent
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Attend the site mass tool-box meeting
