Job Description
Responsibilities
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
Handle and determine quantities, shapes, sizes, and location of rods from drawings and sketches.
Plans and prepares rebar schedule (per area) / cutting list schedule according to design specification.
Prepare quantity of steel material needed for design execution.
Control and minimize material wastages.
Compile and prepare material wastage summary; generate monthly report.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
Skills & Requirements
3-5 years of Civil Engineering experience
Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications, and details
Completed at least 1 project.
Technical expertise and knowledge in rebar structural works
Good Knowledge on sequence of works
Ability to read structural drawing in preparing rebar’s quantity.
Adherence to safety practices at work
