We are looking for a proactive and organised Student Internship Placement Coordinator to support our students in securing suitable internship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on internship opportunities and application preparation.
• Identify and liaise with hotels and other industry partners (including education providers, construction etc) to develop internship placements.
• Coordinate interviews, placements and internship documentation.
• Monitor students’ progress during their internships and provide support when needed.
• Maintain accurate placement records and prepare related reports.
• Work closely with academic teams and employers to ensure placements meet course requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, Business or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, career services, student placement or the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, responsible and comfortable working with students and employers.
• Good command of English; Additional languages are an advantage.
