Exentec Hiring! Full Time Construction Manager (Modular-Pipe Rack Construction) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Location: Klang Valley (Cyberjaya/Balakong/Penang if required) with required travel to regional project and site offices.

Core Objective: Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of pipe rack modular solutions, off-site workshop pre-fabrication, logistics, and on-site installation for high-tech and mission-critical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Off-Site & On-Site Operations Management: Direct the setup, workflow, and quality control of off-site module pre-fabrication at manufacturing workshops, temporary holding facilities, and final on-site installation at project locations.

2. Logistics & Rigging Coordination: Manage logistics, transport schedules, crane allocation, and heavy hoisting operations for large-scale mechanical, electrical, and structural modular assemblies.

3. Multi-Trade & Interface Coordination: Collaborate with BIM design teams, main contractors, and specialized subcontractors to resolve interface clashes, structural anchorage alignments, and battery-limit boundaries.

4. Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Drive project execution against tight schedules, ensuring seamless transitions from workshop fabrication to temporary holding, site delivery, utility tie-ins, and commissioning support.

5. QA/QC & Safety Enforcement: Implement quality assurance standards and safety protocols (working-at-height, heavy lifting, factory acceptance testing) to minimize rework and prevent schedule delays.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of construction and project management experience in MEP systems, high-tech facilities, or mission-critical construction. Hands-on experience with DfMA and Off-Site Modular (OSM) manufacturing is highly preferred.

- Technical Competency: Good working knowledge of BIM coordination, shop drawing interpretation, structural/mechanical supports, and dimensional tolerance management.

- Leadership & Communication: To lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate effectively with main contractors, and resolve critical site issues under tight timelines.

Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional certification.
