Able to converse in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.

Minimum SPM qualification; candidates with a Diploma or Certificate in any field are welcome.

Retail sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge. (to operate Sales App and POS)

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Interest in technology products and gadgets is an advantage.

Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features and differences to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Handle sales transactions and payments using the POS system.

Work towards achieving store sales targets.

Maintain a clean and tidy store, arrange product displays, and replenish shelves.

Receive new stock, check deliveries, and assist with inventory updates and stock counts.

Process online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.

Learn about SweetLoot's products to provide accurate product information and recommendations.

Assist with sales promotions, product displays, and marketing activities to attract customers and increase sales.

Carry out other related duties as assigned by management.
