What We’re Looking For

• Degree holder or above.

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is an advantage.

• Experience in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of printing processes, packaging materials, and product specifications is an advantage; training may be provided where applicable.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented, with a strong interest in developing new business.

• Good problem-solving, planning, and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for customer visits.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive Sales & Business Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.

• Prospect potential customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

2. Build Strong Customer Relationships

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable printing and packaging solutions.

• Conduct customer visits, follow up on enquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Manage Quotations & Sales Orders

• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.

• Process customer orders accurately and keep customers updated on order progress.

4. Work Across Teams

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Follow up on delivery schedules and help resolve customer issues professionally.

5. Stay Ahead of the Market

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and pipeline updates.

• Support payment follow-ups with the Finance team when required.
