Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Diploma / STPM / A-Level

  • Detail-oriented, organized & strong in follow-up

  • Familiar with basic logistics workflow is an advantage

  • Good coordination & problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Know Mandarin as well

  • Proficient in MS Office & data entry

Responsibilities

  • Arrange booking, transportation & customs documentation

  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouses & partners

  • Track shipment progress & resolve operational issues

  • Prepare & check shipping documents accurately

  • Update system records & communicate status to CS team
