Recruitment Manager, Kuala Lumpur

You don’t need experience across every sector. We’re looking for a strong recruitment leader who can bring market expertise, commercial drive and the ability to develop people, clients and new opportunities across Malaysia and the wider region.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead & Inspire: Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment professionals, creating an environment where people are motivated to perform, grow and succeed.
• Drive Growth: Take ownership of growth within your specialist market, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, win new clients and build sustainable revenue.
• Develop New Business: Lead from the front on business development, opening doors, building strategic networks and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
• Build Client Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their projects, workforce challenges and future talent requirements.
• Deliver Results: Maintain a hands-on approach to recruitment and commercial activity while supporting your team to achieve and exceed their objectives.

• Recruitment Experience: Proven agency recruitment experience with a strong track record in recruitment management, team leadership or senior recruitment.
• Sector Expertise: Experience within Power & Renewables, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure or a related technical recruitment market.
• Commercial Success: Demonstrated success in winning new business, growing existing accounts and building sustainable recruitment revenue.
• Leadership Capability: A genuine passion for developing people, with the ability to coach, motivate and get the best from recruiters at different stages of their careers.
• Business Development: Confidence identifying opportunities, engaging new clients and developing relationships into long-term commercial partnerships.
