Job Description & Requirements – Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with drivers, suppliers, and customers.

• Ensure goods are handled, stored, and transported properly to prevent damage or loss.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with workplace safety regulations.

• Monitor staff performance and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Prepare inventory reports, delivery records, and other warehouse documentation.

• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience; supervisory experience is an advantage.

• Good organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage warehouse staff and coordinate daily operations effectively.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory control practices.

• Willing to work overtime when required.
