Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field

  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven and consistent in customer follow-up

  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required for viewings, events or launches

  • Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay.

  • Property or sales experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage potential customers through roadshows, promotional booths, and other sales activities.

  • Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable property projects.

  • Conduct property presentations, consultations, and viewings to support customers in making purchasing decisions.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including follow-ups, booking, documentation, and loan application coordination.

  • Keep up to date with project details, pricing, promotions, and property market trends.

  • Work towards individual sales targets and build long-term relationships with customers.
