Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing drawings, presentation materials, and reports.
• Support documentation works for authority submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities when required.
• Assist in site visits, taking measurements, and preparing as-built drawings.
• Ensure design and documentation comply with regulations, guidelines, and company standards.
• Provide general project and administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree / Master in Architecture (Part I or II).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Strong design and technical drawing skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative and responsibility.
• Must have own transport (for site visits and authority-related errands).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
