REQUIREMENTS

• Someone truly passionate about motorcycles and content creation

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar videographer or video editor role, ideally within the automotive industry or experienced in dealing with KOLs, TikTokers, or YouTubers

• Candidates have experience in OR comfortable shooting video projects with DJI Osmo Pocket 3 or Insta360 Ace Pro 2 and are proficient in one or more editing software: Inshot, Capcut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, with basic to Intermediate knowledge

• Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments

• Sense of Humor. Can create fun, engaging, and humorous content that resonates with our audience

• Strong Copywriting. Can write catchy captions & engaging scripts

• Organized & Proactive. Plans ahead, meets deadlines & delivers results

• Intern & full-time positions available

• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content is a plus

• Plan, film, and edit a variety of engaging motorcycle video content, including demos, reviews, tutorials, and brand-overview pieces for marketing and social media.

• Ensure all delivered videos meet Facebook and TikTok advertising standards, platform policies, and branding requirements.

• You don't need to write a detailed screenplay; A simple script with the product's USP and the necessary content sections will do.

• Keep up with social media trends in emerging videos and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.

• Consistently deliver, brainstorming and idea scheming for creative, innovative and engaging content.

• Produce video by shooting, compiling footages, editing, and refining the shoots that present the highest quality.

• Enhance film by seamlessly integrating captions, soundtrack, sound effects, and visual elements.

• Good sense of timing and visual awareness and a high level of attention to detail.

• Track Content Performance – Monitor social media results and improve content based on insights.
