Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, design processes, and local regulatory requirements.

• Familiarity with project budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Auto CAD)

• Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Monitor and support the progress of project planning and execution, ensuring timelines are met in accordance with Management’s direction.

• Lead and guide project team members in liaising with contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution, minimizing delays and avoiding extensions of time.

• Communicate with local authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for building inspections and project development.

• Assist in managing project budgets, cost control, and preparation of reports for management decision-making.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.
