Key Responsibilities

• Primary Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between the fund(s)’ management team and relevant regulators for ongoing compliance matters, regulatory inquiries, and submission coordination.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the funds and related operations continuously comply with applicable Hong Kong regulatory requirements, including relevant codes, SFC requirements, and statutory obligations under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).

• Ongoing Disclosure & Filings: Coordinate timely preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including post-authorization changes, offering/marketing materials updates, periodic reports, and notifications of material events.

• Fund Documentation & Controls: Support maintenance of fund governing documents and compliance controls, including review of compliance processes, monitoring of adherence to fund rules and internal policies.

• Investor/Market Communications: Ensure compliance in handling urgent regulatory/public investor queries and maintaining required availability of fund information.

• Website / NAV / Publication Governance: Support compliant publication of fund information (e.g., bilingual materials) and ensure ongoing update and monitoring in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (legal, risk, operations, distribution/marketing, and external service providers) to ensure compliance requirements are embedded in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of compliance experience in the asset management industry, including substantial experience with Hong Kong SFC-regulated funds / authorization and ongoing compliance.

• Strong regulatory knowledge of the Hong Kong fund regulatory framework and related compliance obligations.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with strong bilingual drafting and documentation skills.

• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
